1. Standard (Similarity):

Both plastic & metal are flange’s materials. Both metal flanges & steel flanges can be ANSI/ASME, DIN, BS, JIS, UNI & EN 1092-1 standard.

2. Design Pressure (Similarity)

Plastic flange pressure only can be 10kgs.

Metal flange pressure can be PN6/PN10/PN16/PN25,150LBS/300LBS/400LBS/600LBS

3. Type & Facing (Similarity):

Type: Blind, Socket

Facing: FF

4. Installation (Similarity and Difference):

Plastic flanges are chemically stable, do not rust and economic, they are suitable for underground irrigation and household pipe connections.
