How can I follow my order’s progress?

Our sales rep will update the progress from time to time, so that you can know the progress in time.
Q
What I find quality or quantity problem after receiving delivery?
A.
Although our QC will reduce the possibility of such issues to a very low chance, if it really happens, you may kindly inform us the quantity discrepancy within 30 days , and quality issues within 6 months after reception. We will compensate quickly after confirmation.
Q
Can we get certificate such as MTC or COC?
A.
That’s for sure, we will provide necessary certificate for customer’s customs declaration at their own countries.
Q
Our end user is a project contractor, if they want to technical documents such as drawings or , can you provide them to us?
A.
Yes, our techniqal team would be very glad to provide our support, not only documents.
